General Policy
ThemeQR apparel products are printed and prepared specifically for each order. Because of this, all sales are considered final once an order has been processed, except in cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Our goal is to ensure that every customer receives a quality product and a positive experience. If an issue occurs with your order, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it promptly.
Product Representation and Variations
ThemeQR makes reasonable efforts to accurately display product images, colors, designs, and product details on the ThemeQR Online Store. However, the final appearance of printed apparel may vary slightly from images shown on the website.
Variations may occur due to factors including but not limited to:

Screen display differences between devices and monitors

Fabric texture and garment size variations

Placement or scaling of printed designs

Lighting or rendering differences in product mockups
Because of these normal production variations, the final product may not appear exactly identical to the product images displayed on the website.
Minor variations in color, placement, or appearance do not constitute defects and are not considered grounds for refunds or returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

ThemeQR reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution after reviewing the reported issue.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if the request is received before production or fulfillment has begun. Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Size Exchanges
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size when placing an order. Because apparel items are produced per order, ThemeQR does not guarantee exchanges for incorrect size selections.
However, if an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or printing issue, please contact us and we will work to resolve the matter.
Digital and QR-Linked Services
ThemeQR products may include QR codes linked to digital experiences or activation services. Once a QR code has been generated, activated, or used, the associated digital service may be considered delivered and may not be eligible for refund.
If you experience technical issues activating or accessing your QR-linked experience, please contact support so we can assist.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider but generally occur within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
